Room 203 deluxe villa was in a great location, we were a little worried on arrival as the room was directly opposite the dining area but it really was not an issue and we heard no noise at all. The room was as expected with fridge, safe, complimentary water and a good size bathroom with a powerful shower and plenty of hot water. The beach was a dozen steps away, plenty of sun loungers available, fresh towels and staff on hand to bring drinks and food. There are a few Beach sellers but they were not pushy at all. The small pool was lovely, clean and warm. We booked transport with the hotel to/from the airport at 300 baht each way, quick courteous service. There was no problem at all with mosquitos.

The best location in Samui! The service level is really exceptional! All staff members were so kind and polite and always wanted to help with any issue. One day we had some construction noise at the pool from the hotel next door and the manager came to the pool to apologize and gave us complimentary drinks even though it wasn't in our hotel! He also offered us a free ride to the airport upon check out. We were super satisfied with the service level really amazing. Also the hotel is very quiet although it's in the center and close to all the bars and parties we didn't hear anything in our room it was the perfect location. Everything is a walking distance. Will definitely come back! Thank you so much :)

My wife and I have stayed in 11 different hotels in 3 different countries in 21 days. Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa was one of the Top 3 Hotels during our Asia Tour. The location of the hotel is really convenient. Chaweng Beach is really relaxing and the water is peaceful. We enjoyed the hotel and the breakfast was amazing. You can enjoy nice cocktails (Coconut Rum was my favourite- half-price during Happy Hour) on the beach directly at the hotel. The beach was always clean. We got even a free room upgrade from the hotel (honeymoon after Corona). The hotel staff is always kind and helpful. We arranged all the transfers through reception.

Beydzhan

The personel was very helpfull and always kind especially Miss Anna from the reception desk! She helped us change rooms when we had trouble with very noisy neighbours. She also arranged breakfast boxes for us when we had an early flight in the morning. The location of this hotel is excellent! It's near the beach and shopping district of Chaweng. It's a very beautiful hotel and area. We enjoyed having breakfast with view at the sea.

great location (island is pretty dead because of covid but the hotel is perfectly located when things are open), staff is great, cabins are super nice and spacious and there’s a pool and restaurant overlooking the ocean. Breakfast was good too (just missing more milk options as they only have full cream)
